Görvälns Slott is part of the Workation Group. The group's vision:

Today, about only 20% of the able-bodied population in Sweden think that going to work is fun, we think that this is scary. Our goal is to show and help our staff and guests/members to develop and think that work is stimulating and developing. In this way, everyone feels better.
